Knowing is the beginning. Living it is the work.

About Sarah

Student. Translator. Coach. Human.
I live in the space between knowing and becoming — and I help others do the same.

Most of us don’t need more performance. We need more presence.

I’ve spent most of my life fascinated by the distance between who we say we are and how we actually live.
That gap isn’t failure — it’s where learning happens.
I think of myself as a student and a translator, someone who lives in that space between knowing and becoming.

Where I Come From

In the last 25 years, I’ve led teams, built two companies — a marketing agency called Total BS Media and a divorce app called Divvi — and partnered with startups and Fortune 500s.

I’ve worked in high-growth tech, creative industries, and leadership and team development. And somewhere between all that building and burning out, I started paying attention — really paying attention — to what drives us and what drains us.

What I Do Now

My work is about helping others bridge that same gap — between intellect and intuition, ambition and attention, knowing and living.

I’m not a guru or a “mindset hacker.”
I’m a coach who teaches what it means to see yourself clearly, so you can move through your life and work with more skill, honesty, and humor.

Knowing isn’t the same as understanding, and understanding isn’t the same as embodiment.

Sometimes that means excavating what’s underneath.
Sometimes it means learning something new — a framework, a practice, a way of being.

I don’t pretend to have all the answers. But I know how to ask the questions that lead to better ones.

The Human Behind the Work

I’m still learning, too. That’s the point.

I’m not here to help you fake it better.
I’m here to help you live it — fully, intelligently, and awake.

Let’s trade stories, see if it feels right, and take it from there.
